HyperX Pulsefire Mouse

If you are a gamer you know how important it is to have a mouse that clicks quickly, very quickly. Even better, one that offers a pulse fire that sees you ahead of the game, every game. This is so important for PC gaming and can make a huge difference between a win and a loss. The HyperX Pulsefire mouse is the best quick-fire mouse we’ve trialled recently and we believe any gamer would be delighted to receive it.

You won’t get quicker clicks than this!

HyperX Cloud Alpha Headset

Staying with HyperX we have a headset that will delight any gamer. Hear your comrades clearer and speak succinctly with the targeted microphone that buffs outside noise. It’s also the very first gaming headset to hold an impressive 300 hours worth of charge, so you can game for weeks without ever charging up!

The HyperX Cloud Alpha headset wins our Top Product Award

Urbanista Bluetooth Earbuds

We’ve known about Urbanista earbuds as a high quality alternative to Apple for some time and have always admired their design. This year they’re even better than ever. They fit snuggly in your ear so you don’t have to show off that you’re listening to podcasts or music, while staying secure even throughout sports and strenuous activity. In addition to this they repel water, so are strong and durable, meaning you don’t have to worry when it rains. Our favourites are the Urbanista London earbuds in rose gold.

Stunning earbuds with clear sound

Nexar Beam Dashcam

I’ve been reluctant to have a dashcam as I thought it was just one more thing I’d forget to turn off when leaving the car. However, other people on the road have made it compulsory. My 18 year old daughter is also learning to drive and the amount of drivers who cut her off is insane, while I despise those that keep their full beams on at night. A dashcam ensures you can prove fault in case of an accident or the breaking of the law. It can also help with your insurance. In addition to this you can capture some great footage that you may wish to revisit at a later date, especially if using the Nexar Beam. Clear images, looks great on a windshield and so easy to operate even I can do it!

Xplora Smart Watch

This has been a lifesaver for us. I have an 11 year old daughter who has all the mod cons, a Nokia T10 Tablet for drawing and playing games and an iPhone. She’s just started secondary school and I’m not comfortable with her taking either on the bus as older children can be rough and I worry about the damage. However, I need to keep in touch with her, and like to know I can contact her when I want to while seeing her location. This is perfect. It looks amazing so she’s very happy to wear it, teachers don’t mind it, as long as she doesn’t mess with it much in lessons, and it fits securely on her wrist. We love it.

We LOVE THIS!

EZVIZ DB2 Doorbell

I’ve avoided using a video doorbell as I just don’t seem to have the time to set one up. It seemed like such a faff, but when I saw the EZVIZ DB2 I took a second look. On the box it says it requires professional installation, it doesn’t. It’s so easy to install and everything is wireless so there are no wires to contend with. It’s great now knowing who is at the door, not just when I’m out, but when on another side of the house. It also deters package thieves and, I’m not sure if you’re supposed to use it for this, shows me which cat is catching the biggest rats!

It’s a great tech gift for a parent, you can set it up when visiting and show them how to work it from their phone. Once installed, you really do start taking it for granted quite quickly, and wonder why you’ve never had one before!

It has incredible range and is also a great human detector so although I use it to spy on the cats, it won’t alert me every time they walk past the door. You can choose from a range of chimes and be confident that it can also see very well in the dark!

It also looks the part too and leaves people in no doubt that you’re keeping an eye out!

You’ll wonder why you’ve never bought one before

Animal Crossing New Horizons

The new Animal Crossing game is absolutely awesome, it’s like a more wholesome version of Minecraft. Now you need to gather wood to build a house and instead of having neighbours move in willy nilly you get to choose who becomes your friend. It’s such a relaxing game to play and packed full with lots of new features while still retaining everything we love about the Animal Crossing franchise. It makes a great gift for a gamer this year who owns a Nintendo Switch.

New features make it even more realistic

My First Camera

This may be targeted at kids but it’s a great gift for adults too. I’ve pinched it. It’s mine. It’s been a lifesaver for labelling products and adding a little personalisation to gifts and cards. It’s so easy to use and ready to go, you can use it for photos or labels, stickers and more. We love it.
