We have been trying out the best beauty advent calendars, the best food advent calendars and the best toy advent calendars to bring you an entire selection to please every single member of your household and beyond! We’ve tried the Benefit advent calendar, the Harry Potter lego calendar, Teapigs, Liberty beauty advent calendar and so many more and will be updating this article with a new ones regularly.

You don’t have to wonder if the advent calendar you buy is good value for money as we’ve tried all the products and opened all the windows so you don’t have to. We’re also holding back a few surprises so you don’t get spoilers!

One of our favourite things to do is to gift an advent calendar for Christmas Day. That’s 24 (or 12 if it’s Benefit) presents for the recipient to open, 24 beauty products, 24 toys, or, our almost favourite, 24 slices of cake!

Please subscribe and come back soon as we fill our list with all the best advent calendars of 2022, we’ll just do Halloween first.

In the meantime, if you really can’t wait to do your Christmas shopping check out the best gifts for women, the best gifts for geeks, the best tech gifts or the best luxury food and drink delivered!

Thank you for your patience, we’re currently collecting images but we can tell you that this is our unfinished list of best beauty advent calendars and other advent calendars this year!

Lush Advent Calendar

This advent calendar is pretty pricey at £185 but it saves you a lot of money and delivers you a whole month of Lush delights, from many bath bombs to perfumes, bubble bars, shampoo bars and scrubs. We especially love the Hot Toddy body wash and the orange scrub. The orange scrub just screams juicy oranges and makes your mouth water as you use it while also leaving the skin incredibly smooth and soft. If you want to enjoy the Lush experience in an instant, just open the calendar and the whole house will smell like a store. It’s a real treat and you’ll look forward to bath time every day throughout December with this one!

Lush wins our Top Product Award!

Waterdrop Advent Calendar

We adore this advent calendar as not only does it deliver the great tasting waterdrop product, allowing you to flavour your water the way you want to throughout December, it also gifts you great products to ensure that refreshment is enjoyed in pure luxury. From the glass water bottle to the sleeve to the cute Tote bag we loved every single bit of it. It’s a wild card, and you may wonder about the price for a brand that produces water flavours but it’s well worth it. The teens in this house adore it, and use the Tote bag and bottle with pride.

Arran Sense of Scotland Advent Calendar

We love this brand as you’ll see in our Biggest Beauty Gift Guide and so we couldn’t resist buying the advent calendar to have a treat every day throughout December. It does not disappoint and it will be keep you stocked up with luxury body care products beyond 2022 as the samples are generously sized. You’ll be introduced to signature scents such as After the Rain, one of our favourites, while also enjoying a lot of their range. Your body will thank you for this one and everyone will be asking for festive hugs as you’ll smell so good.

Absolutely divine!

The Rare Birds Book Club Advent Calendar

This is an incredible gift for anyone who loves reading. At first we thought, how good can it be, then we received a suggestion and started reading. The book transported us to another world, one we may not have stepped into if not for The Rare Birds Book Club and for that we’ll be forever grateful. Broaden your mind, or someone else’s, and choose this as the advent calendar of culture this year.

The Rare Birds Book Club win our Best New Brand Award

T2 Advent Calendar

We have a few tea advent calendars we’re reviewing this year but this one stands out. The packaging itself is so fun and uplifting it’s almost enough without the tea. We do love the blends inside though and are powering our way through them with gusto. Delicious!

There are so many things to do with the calendar, not just tea.

Schleich Advent Calendar

This advent calendar is the very best for children who love imaginative role play. It’s also ideal for those who adore collecting horses while delivering top toys daily to keep anyone entertained. Create an entire scene and collect the horses and ponies included, as the limited edition items are a collector’s dream. We love this advent calendar and look forward to seeing what it brings every year. This year does not disappoint. Not only do you receive the horses and accessories, you also receive winter coats for the horses too making them specially festive.

Holland and Barrett Advent Calendar

This is the very best beauty advent calendar on a budget. It has everything you need to make you feel and look amazing throughout December. Every door opened will be an absolute treat while you’ll receive products from familiar brands and some you’re not yet acquainted with. A great way to be introduced to beauty brands you’ve not yet tried and to stock up on miniatures of favourites you have. We loved it. It wins our Best on a Budget as for a beauty advent calendar it is priced low, especially considering the wealth of contents!

Black Sheep Advent Calendar

A generous bottle of this very fine ale from the Dales a day. What could be better than that for a beer lover? This Black Sheep Advent Calendar will delight anyone over the festive period, ensuring they’ve always got a bottle on hand for any football game on the telly. It’s the ideal gift to give at the beginning of December, or even on Christmas Day so they can open all the doors and choose their favourite Black Sheep Ales.
