Looking to organise a hen do with an adventurous twist? Is the bride-to-be more ‘mud fight’ than mud masks? We’ve picked the top five hen party activities guaranteed to please all adrenaline junkie brides-to-be, looking for an adventurous weekend in the wilderness.

Rock climbing

One of the best ways to explore the stunning scenery in Wales is to climb it! Rock climbing incorporates the great outdoors with the buzz of scaling boulders and cliffs. This activity is suitable for all abilities, so no previous experience is needed to enjoy it.

Book your Bride-to-be onto an activity she will remember forever and make sure she gets the adventurous send-off she deserves. Rock climbing is an ideal activity for any size group, so what are you waiting for!

Canyoning

Treat your hen-do group to an altogether new and exciting activity that is guaranteed to test even the bravest of brides. Canyoning started in America, and has recently made its way over to the UK. A mix of coasteering and white water rafting (without the raft!), canyoning will see your slide down rapids, climb up boulders and walk behind some of the most beautiful waterfalls- using just adrenaline and a whole lot of guts!

Following our highly experienced guides, your hen party will get to see some of the best landscape in the UK, whilst trying out one of the more daring activities on offer. Canyoning is definitely not for the faint-hearted, but is well worth trying!

Quad biking

An absolute must for any speed-junkies, quad biking is the best mix of appreciating beautiful countryside whilst speeding through it. Your hen party will experience a multitude of terrains; from woodlands and water to hilly fields and marshlands.

Quad biking is definitely one for any adrenaline-seeking bride-to-be. This activity is an all-round party pleaser and is available to all ages, so put the pedal to the metal and try quad biking.

Caving

Caving is another classic adventure activity, guaranteed to get hearts racing! Your hen party will be led down some of the smallest and darkest caves. See a different side to the typical British countryside, by climbing into hillsides and waterfalls.

Experience the dramatic rock formations of stalagmites and stalactites on offer below ground. This adventure-activity is available to everyone so there are no excuses not to get stuck in and start exploring underground!

Gorge Walking

Why opt for a leisurely stroll when you can go gorge walking! Gorge walking involves scrambling up rocks, sliding down waterfalls and jumping off cliffs whilst following the flow of the river. This activity is a must for all adventure brides, as a high-adrenaline alternative to a pampering spa day!

With so many unique and adventurous activities to choose from, the most difficult part of your hen party will be choosing which one your bride-to-be will love most.
