Oh my, we have been waiting for Stranger Things Season 5 on Netflix ever since the Duffer brothers told us, many moons and upside down tea parties ago, (season 1) that they had the full plan until the finale. They’ve ALWAYS known the fate of our favourite friends, from Eleven to Will, to Max, to Dustin, Mike to Hopper (who is not cancelled in our eyes, no matter how much Lily Allen sings about him), to Joyce, my favourite.
Side note: Recently watched David Harbour in a silly film called A Ghost in the House. He played the ghost and didn’t say one word throughout but was incredible. Also showed how little ego he has about his appearance as he sported a Homer Simpson hairdo throughout.
Now, we have ideas about what will happen in season 5 on Netflix. We know it will be full of twists and turns, we know it will blow our minds, make us cry and give us nightmares for weeks, but how? Who dies in Stranger Things Season 5? Who Survives?
Here’s our predictions (We know nothing, this is not true, this is just speculation).
- Max delivers premonitions from her bed rising in the last two episodes to fight.
- Will becomes evil, the new monster they must fight, adding some conflict of emotions. He only does this though after finding a love interest.
- Vecna recruits an army of those that have been lost to the Upside Down in the past, leaving Eleven and friends fighting friends, not foes.
- Dustin discovers his own demogorgon who fights for him.

- Joyce sacrifices herself for her kids.
- Robin, not too sure about Robin, she just carries oil being fabulous.
- Mike tries to save Eleven, but in the end Eleven’s destiny is to become the Queen of the Upside Down to keep everyone on top safe. He can only talk to her through Christmas lights and a broken walkie talkie from then on.
- Hopper adopts the remaining kids as the Upside Down infiltrates the real world, killing off parents and siblings. Leaving the town akin to Area 51, big government coverup. None of them want to move, all want to stay close to those they lost and keep an eye on the hellmouth.
That’s it. Our predictions.
However, the premier did give some clues, such as Linda Hamilton coming on as a character in season 5. Will she be good, bad? We know she plays Dr Kay, but does she play for the in or the out, the up or the down?
