Should You Keep Chocolate in the Fridge?
I’ve worked as a CMO for several bean to bar chocolate companies and one view was always shared – NEVER put chocolate in the fridge. The consensus has always been keep it in a cool dark place at an optimal temperature of 16 degrees celsius. Do not refrigerate it. Do not freeze it. Only touch it when you’re ready to eat it, however….
Cadbury Say Yes!
Cadbury are debunking this myth with style and urging chocolate munchers to pt their new chocolate in the fridge to see something funky happen with their pack designs. Alongside this bold instruction they’ve also launched an Iced Latte flavour bar that is so moreish it disappeared from my grasp as soon as I’d taken this photograph.
