Every year we go on the hunt for the best interior products to make Christmas feel extra special. This year is no different. We’re bringing you the best we’ve found, and tested out, to ensure you are impressed when you buy your Christmas decorations and accessories for the home this season.

Let’s Get Started!

The Family Lego Christmas Tree

A whopping 3417 pieces, the family Lego Christmas Tree is not only the very best decoration we’ve seen this year, it also has ways to bring the entire family together to build. Usually a lone endeavour, building Lego, now Lego have gone a step further and found ingenious ways in which the whole family can create together. Once built this tree looks amazing. Just look at the separate Santa sleigh and reindeer included too! Lego have really upped their game in recent years when it comes to combining home decor with their products. From the buildable art, to the Christmas Wreaths and Ponsietta of last year to this. You won’t want to hide it after the festivities as it will become a constant reminder of something you made, together. A conversation piece with a story to melt any humbug heart! Most definitely wins our Top Product Award for this category this year!

Dobbie’s Dinosaurs

Dobbie’s Garden Centres loves creating Christmas Dinosaurs and we love placing them around the house in silly places or giving them to the elves to ride. This year they have their smaller collection of the golden dinosaur who sits very prettily and their music loving Elvis seque leather jacket wearing dinosaur that stands. Dobbie’s are the OG when it comes to combining dinos and Christmas so make sure you don’t go anywhere else if you’re loving this magic blend.

Balsam Hill Twinkly Curtain Lights

Balsam Hill have a plethora of decadent, luxurious decorations on offer along with a range of premium Christmas Trees. While we can’t speak for the quality of these products we can say that the Twinkly curtain lights they sell are incredible. You can choose from a wide range of designs while the lights are sturdy and very easy to hang. Finally a light company that’s thought about the way we unpack fairy lights. These were up in a jiffy and we were soon circling through the options on the APP to choose the best Christmas background display. As fairy lights go, Twinkly are one of the best, alongside Philips Hue, they won’t let you down, they last a long time and they also allow you to customise to your own taste. These lights can stay up all year to add magic to any room you like. We love them.

Christmas Tree World Slim Prelit Frosted Christmas Tree

Last year we reviewed a little more from Christmas Tree World and was impressed with the full ambience their products created. (See Instagram, Facebook and TikTok plus here). This year we’ve kept it simple with a super slim pre frosted pre lit tree that saves space and can fit into any room. Standing at 6 foot high it’s still impressive and still fits plenty of presents underneath. A great tree for students in halls, for teenager’s bedrooms (which is where we placed ours) or for small studio apartments. As it is pre frosted and pre lit you don’t need to add decoration if you don’t want to as it looks good on its own. However we chose a few highly treasured ones from…

Hallmark Christmas Ornaments

Hallmark, over the last few years, have made the very best Christmas Tree Ornaments. From Spiderman to Star Wars, Mario Brothers to Harry Potter, they all feel weighty, look great and are unique in their chosen fandom. You may not want to get these out of the box as they are so collectable but they look as good on the tree as they will on a shelf so enjoy them. We love the butter beer tanker from Harry Potter, the Spiderman vs Green Goblin ornament and the mystery box from Mario (Which looks like the surprise boxes from Minecraft too). The Golden Millennium Falcon is also a favourite and a must for any Star Wars lover. Hallmark have the very best Christmas collabs!

The Faux Flower Company

Fake flowers are coming back into fashion but don’t be mistaken. These are not the ones with bright green stems your grandma used to pout in window boxes to fool the neighbours (just mine?), or the ones where you’d chew the stems when bored out of your brain around adults in the eighties (just me?). These are faux flowers that really look the part, even feel the part and create a wow reaction when a guest enters a room. I took the liberty of spraying these a little with the Hermes Berenia from the Perfect Presents for Her guide so they not only look amazing, they smell amazing too. These ones specifically represent the birth month of June but you can choose any arrangement you would like. They are well worth checking out!

Interflora

If you’re looking for the real thing Interflora is still the very best there is, in our opinion, with many Christmas bouquets to choose from, local florists used, great delivery and ease of ordering.

We’re still putting up the decorations so please do check back as we review them all. We thoroughly test every single one and can proudly say that the Christmas decorations we reviewed last year are still being used today! Subscribe please for updates, it’s free!
